Managing in a changeable operating environment

The Ministry has identified four broad categories of risk which have the potential to affect the achievement of the priority outcomes set out in this Statement of Intent. These are outlined below with a summary of the mitigation strategies.

  • the relevance and effectiveness of policies.
Ability to manage emerging issues Continuing to strengthen the ability to identify and respond to emerging issues, in order to manage them earlier and more effectively.
