ENROL, the web-based national enrolment register, has now been successfully implemented in all schools. Detailed resources and the latest information about ENROL is available below. For personal assistance call the e-Admin Contact Centre: (04) 463 8383 During 2008 we will be making changes to ENROL that will provide benefits to schools. The first is adding a National Student Number (NSN) which is a first step in being able to link ENROL and SMS enrolment information. This will significantly reduce the current need for double entry of enrolment information. The second is enabling ENROL to be used for roll counts in 2009. All primary and intermediate schools will use ENROL for roll counts in March 2009 and some secondary and composite schools will take part in a pilot at that time. Training will be available during term 3 of 2008. Questions about National Student Numbers For information about the roll out of National Student Numbers during term 3 and 4 of 2008 download the fact sheet below. More general information about NSNs is available at this web page. Questions about Roll Counts using ENROL in 2009 For information about the use of ENROL for roll counts in 2009 in primary and intermediate schools download the fact sheet below. For more information about SMS and for details of a roadshow that includes information about the links between ENROL and SMS visit the SMS web pages. | ||||||||||||
