Tertiary Education Strategy Cabinet Paper
The Cabinet paper contains the consultation process, analysis of submissions, and the incorporation of feedback into the final Tertiary Education Strategy. In addition, the Cabinet paper contains the distinctive contributions of wananga and private training establishments.
On 27 November 2006, the Cabinet Business Committee considered the Cabinet paper, Tertiary Education Strategy: Confirmation of the Tertiary Education Strategy and links to the Tertiary Reforms.
This Cabinet paper provides an outline of the consultation process for the development of the Strategy, an analysis of submissions received as part of the consultation, and information on how the feedback has been incorporated into the Strategy.
The Cabinet paper also contains the distinctive contributions of both wananga and private training establishments. Information on the distinctive contributions of universities, institutes of technology and polytechnics, and industry training organisations can be found on the TEC website.
