e-Learning research
Significant research into the current context and future impact of e-Learning has been commissioned by the Ministry of Education.
This research is based on addressing research priorities and knowledge needs determined by advice from experts from the New Zealand education sector itself. This research underpins the Ministry’s work in e-Learning and in particular the development of the e-Learning resources that the Ministry has produced for the sector in association with Ako Aotearoa and the Tertiary Education Commission. The key audiences for this research are tertiary organisational leaders, managers, staff, students and Government agencies. The research helps to build a robust evidence base for various aspects of e-Learning-related development and decision-making in New Zealand.
Some key research reports by other organisations, Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics of New Zealand (ITPNZ) and the New Zealand Council for Educational Research (NZCER) are also featured in this section.
