6) The modelling spreadsheet

Schools can continue to model staffing positions through to the banking staffing year-end as at pay-period _22. If the overall staffing usage is not brought into line with the school's entitlement at pay-period _22, then another spreadsheet can be used to take the position as at pay-period _22 forward and model staffing options through pay-periods _23 to _26, being the time period for balancing the previous year-end position.
