2) How will the Banking Staffing Report show the different positions of two years during the time period for balancing?

Pay-period 1523 is the first pay-period of the 2007 banking staffing year.

From this pay-period, the Banking Staffing Report’s:

• ‘Previous Year' column will show the 2006 banking staffing position
• ‘Current Year To Date’ column will show the 2007 banking staffing position.

Over the time period for balancing, the Banking Staffing Report’s:

• ‘Automatic Adjustment' row will show any staffing usage adjustments against the previous year-end position
• Previous Year' column will:
• provide an update of any adjustments that have been made against the previous year-end position; or
• continue to show as an unaltered amount if there are no staffing usage adjustments to be made against the previous year-end position
• ‘Automatic Adjustment’ row and the ‘Previous Year’ column entries can be compared to track offsets against the previous year-end position on a pay-period by pay-period basis
• ‘Current Year To Date’ column will show any underused or overused staffing that does not show as an automatic adjustment and is offset against the previous year-end position
