Resource Management Act (RMA) Services Contract

The contractor for Resource Management services is Opus International Consultants Ltd.

The contract involves:

• Nationwide monitoring of publicly notified planning applications (eg resource consents, district plans etc) made under the RMA that may affect schools, houses, early childhood centres and other ministry property interests.
• Submissions and other documentation eg new designation work and altering existing designations.
• Other Resource Management services as requested by the ministry.
