10 Year Property Plan (10YPP) Contribution Rates
The Ministry contribution to the preparation and review of a 10 Year Property Plan (10YPP) Template.
The following contribution rates apply to the new 10-Year Property Plan (10YPP) template that was released in June 2007 as part of the Property Management Handbook and includes a condition assessment of school buildings and facilities. Schools that commenced the development of a new or revised 10YPP after June 2007 must use this template.

Schools that were in the process of developing a new or revised 10YPP prior to June 2007 have the option of using the old template which will be accepted by the ministry up until December 2007.

There are no set scale fees for property consultants and actual costs may be higher or lower depending on the consultant used and the commission negotiated.
