Project Quick Start Guides
The project quick start guides are designed to summarise and reference the most important aspects of managing a project.
In total there are three project quick start guides as the content under Budget Requirements varies depending on the capital funding source.
Each guide will accompany relevant letters of approval and be mailed/emailed by the ministry as appropriate:
- 5YA - with signed 5 Year Agreement, when a project is being planned, and with project approval
- SPG - with notification of programme qualification
- Other - when funding submission approval is notified
