Replacement Building Template
A template that tests the eligibility of a school to apply for funding to replace existing buildings that are no longer economic to refurbish and maintain.
The replacement building policy is outlined in section 3.4 of the Property Management Handbook. Applications for the 2010/11 programme need to be submitted by Network Facilitators to the Property Management Group by 29 October 2010. Announcement of the approved 2010/11 programme will be made in Term 4, 2010.
The Excel template below includes three sheets:
- Business rules - explanation of what information is required and how the template works
- Input - all relevant information is to be obtained from the PMIS, a project manager and/or a quantity surveyor and entered on this sheet.
- Output - tests the eligibility of a school against five criteria, and if it qualifyies outlines the funding that can be applied for.
