Property Occupancy Document
The Property Occupancy Document (POD) [Word; 133kb] is a legally binding document that specifies the terms and conditions applying to land and buildings occupied by the school boards of trustees.
The POD is a statutory lease issued by the Crown (through the Ministry of Education) to all school boards.
