Property Management Information System (PMIS)

What the PMIS provides

The PMIS allows you to:

  • locate school-specific property information eg, school buildings, ancillary buildings, boiler, pools, roll numbers, financial projects
  • obtain asset update forms
  • view funding allocated to your school
  • download 10 Year Property Plan (10YPP) templates
  • access Five Year Agreement (5YA) information
  • view the latest Property Maintenance Grant (PMG).

Access the PMIS

Using the PMIS

If you know the School ID you are looking for

Key in the ID and press Submit.

If you know the name (full or partial) of the school you are looking for

Key in the school name (full or partial) and press Submit.

If a match is found that can determine the school without any ambiguity, you will be transferred to the Home Page for that school.

If multiple possible matches are found a down box will appear witth all the possible matches. You can then select the particular school you are looking for and press the Submit button to retrieve information for that particular school.

If you don't know either the School ID or name

Use the Search button. Press the Search button and all schools in the database will be listed alphabetically in a drop down box. You can then select the particular school you are looking for and press the Submit button to retrieve information for that school.

To locate the Asset Update Forms

Once you have found the school you can locate the asset update forms by selecting the Asset update Forms section of the page.

To locate the 10 Year Property Plan (10YPP) template

Once you have found the school you want to view, select the 10YPP template section of the page to download the 10YPP.

If you have any problems downloading the forms contact your contact your local Ministry office.
