Primary Teachers' Collective Agreement 2010-2012

This documents provides the terms and conditions of employment for teachers in state and state-integrated primary schools in New Zealand.

The term of this collective agreement is 26 November 2010 to 15 August 2012.

The variations include provisions relating to

  • Resource Teachers: Learning and Behaviour (RTLBs) in regard to the 2011 reorganisation of the RTLB Service.
  • The provision of additional support where a school within the Selwyn District, Christchurch City or Waimakariri District has been notified in late 2011 that a surplus staffing situation exists for the 2012 school year.
  • The 2012 Amalgamation of the Supplementary Learning Support (SLS) and Resource Teacher: Learning and Behaviour (RTLB) Services Surplus Staffing Provisions.
