Dot Bach - Code Manager
The Manager, Code of Practice plays a key role in managing New Zealand’s reputation as a provider of quality education to international students, providing strategic oversight, planning, leadership, organisation and coordination to ensure the effective operation of the mandatory Code of Practice. The Code sets minimum standards for the care and support of international students in all schools and tertiary institutions, both state and private.

Denise Laing - Advisory Officer
As the Advisory Officer for the Code of Practice Unit, Denise provides full administrative support to the team, and is often the first port of call for queries to the Code Office.

Emma Mackie - Code Advisory Officer
Emma currently assists tertiary education providers with meeting code requirements. Emma answers queries related to specific code requirements and case specific difficulties involving the pastoral care of international students.

Robert Minahan - Code Advisor Schooling
Robert assists with schools' enquiries about the enrolment and care of international students. He is familiar with situations involving students or providers and is the first port of call for questions about the application of the Code.

Anne Lee - Senior Advisor Code
Anne has a background in developing compliance and monitoring policies and procedures and will be working across government agencies and education sectors to enhance the monitoring and compliance requirements of the Code.
