Symposium Proceedings 2-3 May 2007
The Symposium provided an opportunity for nominated representatives from the ECE sector to come together and consider how far the sector has come and what is needed over the next five years to fully implement the 10-year Strategic Plan for ECE, Pathways to the Future: Nga Huarahi Arataki.
The Symposium Proceedings booklet includes an overall summary of the discussion including key themes that emerged from participants' feedback and the verbatim comments from the breakout sessions. Two CD Rom's are included in the booklet.
The Ministry of Education will be using the feedback received as a basis for planning for the continuing implementation of the Strategic Plan. This will include ongoing discussions and consultation with the ECE sector.
