Annual Reports: Guidance for reporting on student progress and achievement
This resource provides guidance for reporting on student achievement in an annual report. It includes advice and examples for how to complete an analysis of variance and report on student progress and achievement in relation to the National Standards.
Schools with students enrolled in years 1-8 that use The New Zealand Curriculum to set their teaching and learning programmes are required to report school-level student progress and achievement data in relation to National Standards for the first time in their 2011 annual reports. These are due to the Ministry of Education by 31 May 2012.
